For those of you who have aluminum kitchen utensils, here are some tips you can do to treat it:
- Boil airyang've added a little vinegar to the boil in new equipment or that has not been used, such as pans, pots, steamers and other cooking tools are made from aluminum. This could prevent food from sticking during processing.
- To clean blackened or corroded equipment, mix 1 quart water with 1 teaspoon cream of tartar. Boil this mixture in the device for 10 minutes, then remove from heat. While cooking water is still warm, rub the blackened or corroded equipment with a sponge until clean.
- To get rid of the fishy smell or anyiryang still attached, season with a few drops of lemon juice / lemon. Let stand for 15 minutes, then wash using soap and a sponge.
- Especially for baking, cake molds, and other containers that are not exposed to direct fire, to remove stains or spots, after washing can be dried in the sun or heat in the oven for two minutes. Or it could also be dried using a clean cloth.
- In order for a conventional oven durable, always clean all the parts, from glass, shelf, until the bottom of the oven is directly affected by the fire.
